Oud Noir — oud, smoked leather, amber. A scented ritual in hand-painted ceramic: a pedestal vessel of glazed ceramic, painted by hand with a leaf-and-petal motif and finished with a gold leaf emblem. Soy-coconut wax and a cotton wick give around 45 hours of slow, clean burn — and when the wax is gone, the vessel stays.

Use

Burn 2–4 hours at a time until the wax pool reaches the edge. Trim the wick to 5 mm before each lighting. Keep away from drafts. When finished, wash the vessel with warm water and keep it.

Every Atelier Tera vessel is a pedestal of glazed ceramic, painted by hand with the leaf-and-petal motif and finished with a small gold leaf emblem. Slight variations are the point.

The vessel outlives the candle

Around 45 hours of slow, clean burn from soy-coconut wax and a cotton wick. When the wax is gone, wash it out — and keep it as a vase, a holder, or a candle holder again.

Around 45 hours in total. Burn 2–4 hours at a time and trim the wick to 5 mm before each lighting for an even pool (specs to be confirmed with supplier).

Can I reuse the ceramic vessel?

Yes — that is the idea. Once the wax is finished, warm water and a little soap clean it out. Use it as a vase, a brush holder, or refill it with a tealight.
